- AR - AP
- Entering the customer and vendor invoices daily, weekly and monthly to QB
- Creating weekly and monthly reports and statements.
- Calling and meeting with the customers to take orders or receive payments.
- Checking company bank accounts every day.
- Daily check and cash deposits.
- Following the monthly company payments (Bank and Car Loans, Phone payments, ACH or Credit Card payments)
- Working with general accounting to make sure that they receives monthly bank and credit card statements on time.

- Ordering weekly factory goods and needs.
- Sending weekly employee payroll to GA.
- Following daily e-mails and responding them.
- Setting and installing office needs. (Networking - installation of new software, cabling and setup)
2012 Oct – 2013 Oct: Washington Jefferson Hotel New York, NY I worked as a front office agent in this hotel for one year. The hotel was using Fidelio front office software that I am familiar with, so it didn’t take me too long to get used to it.
