Head (Petrol & Diesel 4W), Manifold and Etc. for Four wheelers with a turnover of Rs 600

cores.

Handling the integrated line set up of PDC (pressure die casting) components at

the supplier end.

Developing & approving supplier PPAP & APQP as per TS16949 & submitting PPAP

to the customers.

Analysis of problems with 7 QC tools, SPC & 5S implementation.

Motivate, appraise, manage, and develop operator & Involvement in TPM activity.

To control and monitor the final product quality by monitoring online process
