Airbnb Investment project Goals: 1) To determine if it is better to invest in Airbnb in the USA or in Europe 2) To determine which features are most related to Airbnb prices in the USA and in Europe.

Outcome: Investors in the European region have the potential to witness a greater revenue, and the features most related to price are the number of people the property accomodates, the number of bedrooms and the number of beds.
