Oracle 11i ERP Implementation. Principle responsibility was functional consulting and implementation of Oracle 11i Human Resources, Payroll, Time Entry and Self Service. Total system cost including implementation, training and support was 28M. All CTA activities either directly or indirectly support customers–the users of CTA bus and rail services.

System included Financial and Human Resources and play a significant role in customer service because the applications maintain data on an $841 million operating budget, a $409 million capital budget, and 11,290 employees.

This ERP implementation will support CTA in its efforts to better serve customers. Our proposed ERP solution will help CTA control its core business processes and obtain meaningful management information about its business operations.

In addition, our solution will help CTA enable future e-commerce capabilities.
