I have spent the majority of my working life in the construction industry, and have the proven experience and skills required for this position:

Completed 4-year formal apprenticeship between 1972-1976 with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters

Have built—from ground up, remodeled, repaired and or rehab'd buildings of every size and classification

Have designed, built, installed and supervised the installation of custom furniture, cabinetry, casework and millwork. I have also worked as a plumber, electrician, drywall technician, and painter.

Almost 40 years of experience with residential housing construction: single-family and multi-family; single-story and multi-story; wood and wood/steel/concrete construction, both conventional framing and panelized (residential/hotel)
