JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSISTANT MANAGER IN Wang’s Kitchen:

Delivery of business strategies, seek and maximize revenue with minimum costs.

Agree and implemented actions to continuously improve the guest experience.

Create and deliver promotional activities to increase sales.

Responsible to handover clear shift allocations and weekly off for staffs.

Maintaining stocks and ensure to have adequate stocks in place to meet high demands.
