1.Oliver Tambo International Airport (ASCA) MSP1,MSP 2 & 3: Office renovations and Drywall partitioning, Painting and new carpet tiles completed successfully and signed off to Airport Professional Project Team. Contract Value = R 2.9 Million.

2.Crest Mansions (JHC): Renovation of 3 floors and snags completed successfully. 220 residential units. Total Contract Value = R 25 Million.

3.Artisans Loft. Arts on Main, Maboneng Precinct. 3 Designer residential floors completed. Contract value R40 Million

4. UJ KODAK BUILDING DOORFONTEIN CAMPUS. Dry walling and Painting to interior of university building done i.e. 12 areas completed. Contract Value R4 million.

5.Prasa Park Station Tiling I.e. Entire floor = 17000 square meters. Additional tiling completed to all wall, toilet, ramp and staircase areas. Painting on interior main areas. Contract value R16 million

6.York House. 4 Floors completed successfully of residential two, three-bedroom units, Lawray Investments. Contract Value R30 million.

7. Eight Plein Street. All 8 floors completed wrt two- and three-bedroom residential units. Contract value R 71 Million

8.WITS Contract: Restoration and revamp of Rahima Moosa Clinic. Contract Value R10 million.

9. 209 SMITH STREET: 30 Floors completed wrt residential accommodation re one, two- and three-bedroom units. Internal floors and units snagged and completed successfully. Contract value R 120 million.

10. Savanah RDP Housing Project. Completion of several RDP complete houses in Savanna City. Contract value= R35 million

Alley Roads Construction: 12 December 2019 – 13 July 2020

Nigel Dunnotar, Falcon Heights. 4 Blocks of flats completed in full i.e. all 16 two-bedroom units... Chiawelo Heights, Soweto. Block A, 44 units, Block B, 44 Units, Block C, 44 Units all complete.

Eagle Heights Delmas, Mpumalanga. All two-bedroom units built from ground level to fourth floor utilizing several sub-contractor teams with regard to high pressure construction and very stringent deadlines.

Liaised with All Subcontractors, Professional teams, Projects Managers and Client to meet very stringent deadlines according to a very high-pressure construction program to be completed on time due to anticipated COVID lockdown.

SIMANYENE CONSTRUCTION: 1 JULY 2021 –15 JUNE 2022

Construction Operations, Procurement, HSE and Onsite Manager re Bidvest FM, Standard Bank, Tsebo and Broll Properties..

Worked with very professional teams on very big projects ie waterproofing of entire roof area at Absa Towers West (Bidvest), East and North elevations. In charge of very stringent criteria wrt All Bidvestfm, Absa OHS Vetting, OHS Master Files Review. All Criminal, ITC and Medical Checks vetted for employers to load onto Facilities Manager Master File for Bidvestfm review

LDN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY: 1 July 2022- 24 May 2023

FNB BANK CITY, 5 high rise buildings Front External Façade repairs .Daily Construction Supervision of 3 Professional teams = 90 employees. Daily Inspection of works and sign off with Engineer. Daily QC form check ups. Daily report to all Professional teams wrt overall site progress

MAXIMUS CONSTRUCTION : 7 September 2023 – 7 November 2023

Renovations to Bracken Gardens Shopping Mall. Installation of generator plinths. Brickwork and plasterworks. Tiling and front wal externall cladding. External painting, fencing, irrigation plumbing and electrical re lighting. High- rise Scaffold erection supervision. Ordering daily onsite building materials to ensure project is completed on time.

MEINTEIN : 12 January 2024 – 1 February 2024

Demolition of Absa Bank Clearwater Mall to prepare for new mall tenant. Ceiling, carpets, steel beams, electrical, plumbing, and tiles demolished. Brickwalls and drywalls re-instated where necessary. Skimming and painting of existing walls . Screeding and power floating of existing floor 460m2
