Part of my responsibilities are: serving as intermediary between the Customer, ensure that new and old Customers are treated as priority, make Inbound calls and receive Outbound calls, Answer Questions and resolved complaints, communicate fare difference to customers, process refunds and resolve issues of missing items for Courier services, process reschedule trip, Arrange for charter services, Book flight Ticket and Reservations, constantly check for customer feedback and respond accordingly, file paperwork and documentation, Prompt response on Whatapp messages and also reach out to inactive customers.
