Job Responsibilities:

Responsible and site in-charge for Implementation of Computer-Aided Facilities Management CAFM, CMMS, Enterprise Assets Management entirely using software’s, Monitoring of MEP activities and schedule maintenance activities Preventive, corrective and reactive works to ensure works carried in safe and timely manner following KPI.

Review, propose and implement enhanced working methods in order to improve operational and cost efficiency.

Assist subordinates, supervisors and seniors including various departments’ staffs like procurement, finance, HR payroll, property management with necessary information and update for on-going maintenance to client on routine basis and optimization in relation to MEP assets, which includes dealing with HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading a team of technicians with PPM schedules and complete the task in the required time frame and duties handling like executing all types of MEP maintenance activities, dealing with clients, tenants for assigning technicians.

Successfully managed contracts, AMC’s and handed over a building pending with authorities after technical approval to Millennium Plaza Hotel - Barwa Al Sadd from QCDD, MOI & Municipality, and prepared for soft opening in 2017.

Implement Preventive maintenance and conduct inspections for the FAHU’s, jet fans and generators, transformers, pumps, control panels, building services and electrical accessories, light fittings, Low current system, public address, structured cabling, cable trays, lightning protection, GRP tanks, SMDBs, MDB and MCC for high-rise buildings.
