I am a Coil Tubing professional with more than 10 years of experience in the oilfields. During these years I gained extensive knowledge and experience by having hands on experience and operated different types of CT Units (Hydra Rig 480, 580, 680, Hydraulic Power Technology HPT Units,Stewart & Stevenson and Jereh Coil Tubing Units). I worked more than 12 years with ADNOC UAE on (HPHT wells with high H2S )as CT Operator and successfully completed diversified range of CT applications using conventional and modern tools.I can troubleshoot and maintain equipment and basic tools associated with the CT Unit. I Possess keen knowledge of completions and completion jewelry and well versed with the oilfield safety standards.

Coiled Tubing Supervisor.

Jereh Energy Services Saudi Arabia (Mar-2018 to Feb 2021)

Back Side Pump Supervisor – TAQA (Contractor)

Rig up / rig down back side pump unit along with 2-inch iron to wellhead on kill line and TCA (inlet/outlet).

Maintain kill line and TCA pressure as per the SAWCOD SOP.

Perform pressure test for testing (upstream and downstream) surface line, e-line, slick line, BPV and tree saver (Wellhead Isolation Tool).

Perform maintenance of high pressure pump (if required).

Follow SAWCOD (Saudi Aramco Well Completion Department) SOP for tree integrity, pressure test and pop-off valve setting for TCA (Tubing Casing Annulus).

Nitrogen N2 Pumping Operator – CPP (China Petroleum Pipeline)

Worked as N2 pump operator on kick off jobs.

Worked on rig for N2 acid pumping operations.

Followed Aramco SOP for operations for N2 jobs.

Displaced crude oil through pipelines with N2.

Senior Coil Tubing Operator

As Senior Coil Tubing Operator my main responsibilities were as follows

To safely Operate Jereh Coil Tubing Unit for any type of CT applications (Stimulation, N2 Kick-off, Wellbore cleanouts, Fishing, Milling, Cement Plug, Killing and securing or any specialized application) as per ADNOC On-shore standard Operating Procedures.

Recording and keeping job logs and presenting it to service supervisor at the end of each job.

Maintaining Coil Tubing Unit and its associated equipment and basic tools and to ensure that the Unit is ready for the upcoming job

Keepingessential spare parts and tools inventory and updating it on monthly basis.

Calculating Coil Fatigue and updating Coil life for the safe operations.

Updating the Coil tubing Unit Utilization and maintenance record and co-ordinate with the service supervisor for any preventive or corrective maintenance

Conducting Coil Tubing Simulation Run for upcoming job.

Co-ordinate with the service supervisor to keep and update the equipment certifications as per ADNOC and company policy.

Co-ordinate with the service supervisor regarding safe Mob/de-mob of CTU and related equipment.

Mentoring new coil tubing operators and assistants to enhance their skills through educating and on job training.

As Coil Tubing Operator my main responsibilities were as follows

To operate coiled tubing unit (HR 480, 580 and HPT CT Unit) and associated equipmentindependently.

Maintenance of assigned Coil Tubing Unit and associated equipment.

Keeping inventory of spares and allotted hand tools

Function testing of Coil tubing unit and auxiliary equipment in the yard prior mobilizing it to job site and keeping the documented evidence of the same.

Keeping and maintaining Coil tubing utilization sheet and log book and co-ordinate with the service supervisor to plan any preventive or corrective maintenance.

Filling pre and post job checklists to ensure smooth operations.

Participating in Pre job safety meetings and point out any hazardous or abnormal situation that can bearaised during operation hence assist service supervisor to complete job safely
