Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities: Recruitment/Recruiter: 1) Requirement & Profile Supply • Gathering requirement

from the Recruitment Head & analyzing the requirement and follow-up with Vendors & internal Sourcing Team for profile flow.

2) Interviews: • Follow-up with Recruitment Head to identify the Panel slots and share to vendors or internal team to schedule

the interviews on time. • Sharing Interview invite to candidates and follow-up to join on time. • Follow-up with interviewers to

share detailed feedback of selected and rejected candidates and perform interview analysis. • Update sourcing Team &

vendors about the status of candidates. • Conducting weekend Drives. 3) Pre- Onboarding: • Sending Joiner details to On

Boarding Team on time and follow-up candidates to share documents till closure. • Verify Last working day of candidate from

current company. • Initiate Welcome letter wizard to candidate and follow-up until fully filled. 4) Post Selection Activities: •

Conducting HR discussion, salary finalization and taking it to offer. • Initiate documentation e-mail to the shortlisted

candidates. Share fitments for Approvals. • Uploading documents & details in Success Factors and release the offer on time. 5)

Post offer Activities: • Assist candidate in any query post offer for smooth Onboarding. Eg: Query related to Job location/ Joining

Bonus/ Project allocation/ Laptop allocation etc. 6) Post Joining: • Keep joiner’s tracker updated and inform the Recruitment

Head SPOC about the Joiner sharing details, resumes and feedback forms to expedite for credentials and Asset allocation &

Resource mapping. • Resolve any query of Joined candidates and route them to respective SPOC. • Asking reference from

joined candidates to close another demands.
