Affordable Housing Property Manager

Oklahoma City Housing Authority (ocha) - Oklahoma City, OK September 2022 to March 2023

I oversee 43 apartments and 31 scattered houses. Worked with the on site case manager for our sober living complex to ensure everyone reports with her on a daily basis and continues to work the program. Scanned new applicants for the program collected rent, posted violations, processed evictions. I had to travel to each scattered site to check on the scattered houses and keep everyone compliant. Inspected all apartments and houses for move ins and move outs. I worked with Section 8 on a daily basis as well made sure payments were being received from Section 8, hap, and for our public housing. I processed any work orders as needed and ensured they were being completed by maintenance. I handled all tenants utility reimbursement checks each month. All while making sure our occupancy was at at least a 95% and that the tenant files where put together and in order for quarterly inspections by ohfa and took care of everyone's hours and paid all vendors as well I handled any ordering needed and took care of our budget. Answered technical calls from home as a technical rep for Comcast cable then moved on to technical for Apple support.
