With over 12 years of loan officer experience and vast knowledge of all guidelines from FHA, Fannie, Freddie, and VA, I bring a significant amount of power to the table. The call center, fast paced, high energy scenario is where I excel. When I was with Sebonic Financial during the last refi boom I would put in 12-hour days and regularly close and fund 30-50 loans a month. I believe in 2021 it was 322 units for about $125 billion.
