INS (now ICE): Program Manager for the INS Distance Learning Broadcast installation of over two hundred (200) 1.0meter to 1.8meter satellite antennas throughout Conus United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. These installations enable INS and the Law Enforcement Agency to provide transmit only training and continuous updates to Headquarter Sectors down to the smallest Border Patrol Stations throughout the US. Assessed each site survey and made determination of the proposed costs and made recommendations of yes or no decisions at the various locations. Solely responsible for all costs, maintenance decisions and coordination with each site manager.

INS (now ICE): Program Manager for the maintenance and repair of RVIS (Remote Video Inspection System), OARS (Outlying Area Reporting Systems) and Videophones for the northeastern portion of the United States. The purpose of this program was to provide trouble-shooting and system maintenance at the local level. The repair included the replacement of equipment or devices which had been provided as spares to the sites by the development contractor (EDS).
