This was a temporary position Installing Curtain wall, windows and Doors. In the Nashville area. In this position I was lead installer coordinating installation and areas of installation with the GC.

This involved attending weekly site meetings and ensuring that operatives for the company were indeed installing the system to the shown specs and Drawings, checking for QAQC.

This role was my last role before I moved to the United States, I was a Site based Project Manager this involved the Procurement of Materials to site, finding new Suppliers for Tools and Fixings etc.

To ensure that the Project was kept within Budget, and it was also kept within the timed

Program that was agreed with the Principal Contractor, I was again in charge of the

Snagging and hand overs for the Frames that were supplied by our factory in Germany so

that they were finished to a very high standard for the Client i.e.

Burberry, I was also in charge of the Sub-Contractors on site and to check that they were working to the high standard that I expected from them.

I had to attend Design and Progress meetings with the Principal Contractors and the

Architects and Designers also organize and write out Safety talks weekly and check all Method Statements and Risk assessments and make sure they were being worked to.
