Letter of Offer of Appointment by i engineering Pakistan We are glad to inform you that you have been given a job appointment with i engineering Pakistan as follows: Job Specifics:

• Grade B

Job Remuneration & Benefits:

• Total Gross Salary 35,000 PKR Per Month

• Base Salary 14,000 PKR Per Month

• Phone Allowance 3,000 PKR Per Month

• Transport Allowance 4,000 PKR Per Month

• Other Allowances 14,000 PKR Per Month

• Medical Insurance Local medical coverage (Self + Spouse +Children)

• Bonus per year Based on year-end company profit and according to the achievement of the objectives set by the Com-

pany

According to the laws of Pakistan, all other earnings apart from the base salary may be subject to statutory deduc- tions as well.

You will receive instructions pertaining to your work from the Line Manager Specific details of your job functions are spelt out in your Job Description, further details would be made available to you by the HR representative upon resumption of duty. Your salary shall be reviewed annually upon performance review as measured by the Performance Appraisal. Sal- ary administration in the Company is confidential and you are to discuss all matters relating to your pay with your HR representative.

You would be on probation for 3 months from the date of joining after which your appointment shall be confirmed subject to satisfactory performance. During the probation, either party shall have the right to terminate the ap- pointment by giving 1 days’ notice.

You will be entitled to 15 working days of annual leave after completion of your probation period. Along with that 16 sick leaves, 10 casual leaves, 15 unpaid leaves, 3 bereavement leaves, 10 paternity leaves, and 6 months of maternity leaves.

After confirmation of your appointment, you will be expected to give a 30 days’ notice to the company or pay a month’s salary in lieu of notice in the event of your decision to resign. Mutually, the company shall give you a 30 days’ notice or pay one month’s salary in lieu of notice when the company no longer needs your services. We are delighted by the opportunity to work with you and look forward to an exciting and mutually rewarding working relationship with you.

Your appointment conditions are guided and subject to i engineering’s Pakistan General Conditions Policy, other policies, and procedures as well as directives issued from time to time by Management. If you accept the offer of appointment, please sign the duplicate letter attached and return it to the HR representa- tive.
