INDIE/UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP

$***,*** EP DEAL CONTRACT

This Agreement is entered into on December 20, 2023, by and between Indie/Universal Music Group, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", and [Artist Name Needed], hereinafter referred to as the "Artist".

1. Agreement Term

This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution and shall continue for a period of 365 days, unless terminated earlier as provided herein. 2. Recording Commitment

The Artist agrees to record and deliver to the Company an extended play record (EP) consisting of 10 songs. The recording shall be completed and delivered to the Company by January 1st,2023.

3. Compensation

In consideration for the rights granted under this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Artist a sum of $105,000. This sum shall be payable as follows:

● $5,000 upon the counter signing of this Agreement.

● $10,000 upon delivery of the completed EP.

● $30,000 upon the release of the EP when global sales surpass 50,000 copies. 4. Rights Granted

The Artist hereby grants to the Company the exclusive rights to:

● Produce, reproduce, and release the recorded EP.

● Distribute, sell, and commercially exploit the EP in all forms and media.

● Use the Artist's name, likeness, and biography in connection with the EP. 5. Royalties

In addition to the compensation stated in Section 3, the Artist shall be entitled to royalties as follows:

● 49% of the net receipts from the sale of the EP. 6. Obligations of the Artist

The Artist agrees to:

● Provide professional quality recordings.

● Cooperate with the Company in promotional activities related to the EP.

● Not enter into any agreement or understanding that conflicts with the terms of this Agreement.

7. Obligations of the Company

The Company agrees to:

● Use reasonable efforts to produce, promote, and distribute the EP.

● Provide accounting statements to the Artist regarding sales and royalties.
