I worked as a Consumer Relations Customer Service Agent i would send in complaints of the customer to the manager of the store they where complaining about and get that sent to the corporate office and from there I would put that in the computer as been review then after a week I would call the customer back to see if the problem had been taking care of.

But, the it was damaged I would have to tell them if they done the damage I can’t take it back

Claims is what I have experience in to where I had to look feel and examine the merchandise and if the merchandise was not like it was when they left the store with it I would have to say no it didn’t look this way when you left the store instead of cash I would give them gift card to Walmart store
