PROFILE

I am a Grade 1 educator who has graduated with a degree in Teaching. I have my degree in Intermediate and senior phase with 7 years Foundation phase experience. I have taught in both a mainstream school and a homeschool. I am currently teaching Grade 1 all subjects in Bahrain. I plan Technology for my Grade. Bahrain Bayan School in Bahrain August 2023 – to date English, Math, Science, Technology and Art

Bahrain Bayan follows the American curriculum, AREO standard. We use a program UFLI for English, done by Erin Kent Consultants. The school has expanded, there is approximately 20 learners per class. I do collaborative planning as well as plan for Technology. I have experience with Google Classroom, Class Dojo, Powerschool and UFLI. Modern Knowledge school is an American IB school with approximately 24 children per class. I currently teach Math and Science. I do collaborative planning. I have experience with Google Classroom and Class Dojo. Doon Heights Primary School in Amanzimtoti August 2016 – July 2022 English, Maths and Life skills

Doon Heights Primary is a Government school with approximately 700 children, ages from 5yrs – 13yrs. I had 28 learners in my class. I taught ( English, Maths, Afrikaans and Life skills). I was subject head, I prepared and set Maths for the Grade each term. I also captured the marks on SASAMS.

Homeschool Head quaters in Amanzimtoti February 2016 – March 2016 English, Maths, Natural science and Life skills

I taught at a homeschool that had 20 children. My class consisted of 7 children, ages ranged from 6-10. I prepared my own lessons and assisted in other classes.

Umbongintwini Primary school in Amanzimtoti April 2014 – January 2016 Teacher Assistant

Umbongintwini is a Government school with 500 students and a remedial class. I was a teacher assistant in the Foundation Phase. On occasions I taught classes due to absent educators.
