Summary :

I have been serving as consultant to NGOs in Bangladesh under a self operated consulting firm called Social Welfare, Empowerment & Economic Target ( SWEET) for more than 20 years effectively and I live in the southern region which is disaster prone and highly vulnerable to natural disaster. People in the coastal CHAR ( silted river bed area ) are 3 times more under poverty line than other areas of Bangladesh. The rate of violence against women, poverty and health hazards are in extreme position always.
