The SunTrust portfolio (~$80B) moved from AFS Level 3 to AFSVision in February 2022. My responsibilities as the Data Conversion lead for the MOE consisted of, but were not limited to:

Led a team of approximately 40 BB&T and AFS team members, over a 4+ year period, converting BB&T’s $65B Commercial Lending portfolio from an in-house mainframe application to AFSVision v2.7. Primary responsibilities as the Conversion chair for the CLIP Program:

Provided daily support to Commercial Loan System users, along with leading change management activities. Played an integral role in designing in-house technical solutions to solve complex business problems, along with supplying project management to IT projects related to CLS.
Responsible for converting CLS data from acquired institutions during bank acquisitions. Led and subsequently supported multiple Commercial Lending data conversions, including a data conversion from the largest bank failure since the Great Depression (Colonial Bank 2010).
