Aramark is a global leader in the hospitality industry, with operations across north America and Europe.

As a Kitchen operation assistance, I undertook a pivotal role in the dynamic operations of one of the largest remote camps in North America.

o During my tenure, I navigated a corporate restructuring, embracing added responsibilities beyond my typical role. This presented an opportunity for me to mentor and guide a diverse group of individuals, including immigrants. I successfully overcame language barriers to train and lead a team with varying levels of English proficiency, achieving our desired outcomes. o Led and organized a team of three individuals with no prior dishwashing experience to efficiently manage dishwashing operations, serving up to 3000 people daily.
