●Staff Line (Technicolor), Memphis, TN (2014-2017)
1.I had to send of a certain amount of DVD’s before I move on to the next wave
2.I made sure that no DVD’s or anything don’t get stuck on the line
3.I also made sure that my area was clean before I left my station
●Crown Liquor Store, Memphis, TN (2017-2019)
1.Ran a cash register
2.Made sure the shelves were stocked whenever they were empty
3.Made sure the store was clean and
4.smelling fresh
●Blue 4 Liquors & Check Cashing(2019- 2022)
1.I run the cash register whenever a customer wants to buy liquor or need help finding something to drink on.
2.Cashed checks when someone needed their check cashed. I had too verify the checks make before cashing it.
3.I cleaned the liquor lobby, Back & the restroom had to make sure it was clean.
4.I stocked shelves whenever we got a truck in. I also put in the invoice.
5.I became Manger between the years of 2020-2021 because I didn't like the responsibilities that came with it so I gave up my position.
● Amazon Fulfillment Center:(2022-2023)
1.I basically had to load my line with totes & boxes. Then I scan my badge to work the line, I then scan the totes & boxes. I had to scan the items in the box or totes then stow it in the pod . I also worked in Pick at Amazon which my job duties was to pick an item out of the Pod scan the item & put the item in the Pod that had the Green light above it., and once the Pod was full i grabbed another tote and push the current Pod down to Pack. Which i also worked in Pack as well were i had to pull a tote off the assembly line and get an item out the tote scan it and whatever box size the computer showed me to make for the item, i made the box up put the item in the box with coupons bubble wrap, afterwards i close the box tape it up scan it and then i sent the box on the assembly line to head shipping.
●Customer Service representative: work from work(2017-2022)
1.I've been in the customer service for about 5 years now I just want to try working from home.
2. I made sure customers were satisfied after I fixed the issue.
3.I also had customers that called in that had attitudes and I had to calm them down so I could be able to assist them better. Also got trained in the billing department being a representative.
