I worked as an assistant manager as well as the training manager. I would personally go out of my way to get things the store needed or was lacking to improve customer satisfaction and the sales of the store such as unloading the store alone, data entry, or inventory. As there were some challenges as many of my coworkers didn't speak english well i adapted to them and used a translator to help my team and those they were working with, after i left the store sales and customer service dropped dramatically.
