Accent Controls Inc, Ft Dix, NJ Aug 2020 – Present Supply Technician

Supported 99th Readiness Division, US Army Reserves, with: receive equipment in GCSS-Army ensuring all data is accurate and input correctly into the system; conduct SLOC movements via G-ARMY for all equipment being received and awaiting issue to various 99th RD facilities, shops, units, and centers; maintain and utilize property book reports and electronic hand receipts records in G-ARMY to ensure updated equipment has been issued; and ensure life cycled equipment has been turned in and hand receipts have been updated to reflect changes.

• Conduct individual inventories based on hand receipt records in GARMY for unit and department personnel.

• Report hand receipt discrepancies: lost, damaged, outdated equipment. Initiate returns of outdated or damaged equipment.

• Assist with documentation required for FLIPL procedures on lost equipment

• Receive, record, and process equipment returned to be transported to the LSW warehouse for further processing.

• Retrieve new equipment from the warehouse, inventory and receive in GARMY ensuring all data is correct.

• Maintain records for all new computers moved to G6 for imaging process completion by region.

• Issue new computers, computer components, and various additional types of equipment to all 99thRD facilities, shops, centers, as well as individual unit and department personnel.

Receive incoming shipments from various 99th Readiness Division Reserve Centers, ECS Shops, and AMSA shops. Perform equipment verification to ensure the correct Material number is annotated on the equipment along with the serial number and batch code. Receive equipment in GCSS-Army ensuring all accurate data is input and showing on the hand receipt. Conduct SLOC moves via GARMY for all equipment being received into the warehouse awaiting final disposition instructions.

• Unload shipments of equipment from field LMSs of incoming equipment to be prepped for turn in to DLA

• Utilize Property book reports via GCSS-Army to ensure property is in the proper location.

• Generate transportation requests via LIW to ship equipment to dispositioned locations provided by DST PSD number.

• Utilize Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) to account for property with a Local National Stock Number (NSN)

• Load turned in 1348s from DLA and signed off hand receipts into GCSS-Army

• Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks for various warehouse duties.

• Ensures that appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the warehouse are appropriately maintained.

• Inventory all equipment located within the warehouse to ensure proper location and verify material number and serial numbers are accurate in GCSS-A

• Prep equipment for turn in to DLA

• Remove hard drives, battery packs before turn in.

• Perform incoming and outgoing Lateral Transfers to and from various 99th RD USARC Centers and AMSA and ECS shops.

Accent Controls Inc, Ft Dix, NJ Mar 2019 – Aug 2019 Material Coordinator

Coordinate and expedite the flow of material and equipment from storage to Bio-Medical Maintenance technicians. Review production schedules via GCSS-Army to ensure proper equipment was pulled and staged for maintenance. Upon completion of work ensured all equipment was labeled accordingly and stored in their designated area.

• Pulled open work order via GCSS-Army to stage upcoming services/repairs for Bio-Medical Maintenance Technicians.

• Pulled inventory listing from work center via GCSS-Army to ensure all equipment was accounted for and verified.

• Verified all admin numbers, serial numbers, and location of equipment were accurate via GCSS-Army and facility excels spreadsheets.
