Duties include: Repairs and replacement of all common area lighting and electrical

fixtures and bulbs. In-house repairs include, all electrical, plumbing, trouble shooting

minor electrical problems and HVAC (pneumatically controlled). Power Plant has 24/7

coverage by outside company however, my responsibilities included reading and

maintaining pumps connecting to low pressure steam and pneumatic valve systems in a

separate pump room. Maintain daily log of all tickets generated daily. Weekly filter

changes for both north and south side. I also work one weekend per month on call.

pumps, and boilers if they went down, while maintaining a clean and safe working
