Additionally, C & I Designs provides architectural consulting services for other design firms. Most recently is a project for MK Architects, as the Project Administrator for a new apartment complex called Botanika at Bonita Fairways. It is three buildings, four stories each, one garage level with three apartment levels above. My firm provides quality assurance inspections, shop drawing approvals using the Blue Beam program for mark ups. Additionally, C & I Designs handles requests for information responses (RFIs) through Procore. Other companies the firm has provided services for are Castellano Associates; Disney & Associates, P.A.; Andrea Clark Brown Architects: Design Purchasing Network and more. Constructed the $1.8 million U.S. Trust Bank building located at Waterside Shops, Pelican Bay in Naples, Florida.
