Envelope and Filing Division of National Service Industries Created advertising and communication tools for clients in the Southeastern Region. Oversaw daily operations in the Art Department, providing quality control for all print items in the Atlanta production facility. Managed prepress functions of paste-up, camera room operation, negative stripping, and plate-making for offset printing presses. Trained all new sales reps for the national operation, focusing on product design, print capabilities, and US Postal Regulations. Functioned as the contact point for all things associated with the USPS Direct Mail Manual and mailability of business documents and direct mail solutions. Maintained graphic standards submitted by corporate clients. Developed promotional materials for clients who did not have access to advertising agencies or designers in their area. Produced all creative designs presented to existing and speculative customers for the entire national sales force.
