EXPERIENCE

Manager of Operations and Supply Chain, Wesco Anixter - 2023 to Present

• Manages all aspects of the location to include accurate on time order fulfillment and shipping, on time receiving, manage working capital (as it relates to Operations), inventory and quality management systems.

• Management responsibility of a location that could include multiple warehouse management systems and/or multifaceted customer value added services.

• Maintain the Company's safety culture to include driver safety messages, monthly driver safety briefings, quarterly driver training, annual reviews, and enforce company policies to ensure DOT compliance and company safety requirements are being met.

• Perform administrative duties such as payroll, driver counseling, accident reviews, filing and documenting, resolving pay issues, analyzing P&L statements, invoicing and/or creating operational or financial reports.

• Provide support to our home delivery services for a designated market region.

• Manage the operations of contracted drivers, who are operating up to 7 days per week in multiple locations.
