KING FAHAD INDUSTRIAL PORT (Jubail, KSA) (Jan-2019 to Present) M/s SABIC Terminal Services Limited Company (SABTANK) Operations Team Leader (Tank Farm Operations/Terminal (Un)Loading/Oil Movement) My Scope of work includes carrying out all the terminal activities related to the receipt, storage, quality control and delivery of product during the shift. Product movement operations via marine vessel, pipeline or road tanker. Reports to the Shift Supervisor for general guidance. Products Handled: Isocyanides (PMDI / TDI), Amines (EDA/ MEA/ DEA/ TEA), Polyol, Glycol Job Responsibilities.

1. Product Receipt Operations

Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the product receipts by:-

Tanker/Barge:

Processed inbound and outbound shipments with high accuracy and efficiency by effectively directing associate teams and managing inventory processes.

Communicating with terminal/ship for commencement of discharge or stoppage. Periodic checking of discharged product quality & Qty and comparing the figs with shore.

Oversaw daily shipping operations, including loading and unloading of outbound trailers, replenishing of pallets, inventory management

Supervise and coordinate the daily operational activities of workers those are engaged in loading and unloading and distribute work force accordingly.

Tank Truck and Drum

Pre-discharge quality & quantity check, lining up the receipt into the nominated tank.

Responsible for load & decant road tankers / ISO tankers as per the terminal operational procedures and EHS requirements

2. Product Storage

Responsible for carrying out water draining, gauging, sampling of terminal tank after receipt, transfer, blend, etc. Also working/checking of the product receipt.

Responsible for carrying out daily evening tank gauge and delivery meter reading recording.

Required to work-out the provisional stock variation. Also for investigating abnormal stock variations, if any.

Responsible for draw of the required samples in the required periods to monitor the quality of the product in tank as per the customer's quality control program. 3. Product Value addition / Blending

Pigging or flushing of product pipe lines (Includes the N2 connection, pig launcher operation, lining up & monitoring the movement).

Any other Blending or value addition operations the company may choose to perform from time to time.

Assist/Independently cross check the blending components ratio for in-house blending 4. Product Loading/Delivery

Responsible for carrying out the operations related to the product delivery by the following modes:

Tanker / Barge / Pipe line / Tank Truck/ ISO tankers / Drums / IBC's 5. Others

Responsible for handling Truck Inspection & Dispatch operations.

Responsible to prepare and maintain documents related to Truck Inspection & Dispatch operations.

Pig receiving and launching activities and pipeline cleaning with different kinds of PIGS.

Water flushing and Air blowing of pipelines, Leak test of pipelines, N2 purging of pipelines according to procedure.

Meeting all safety standards & norms to handle all type of petrochemicals, gases.

Updating all operation parameters in daily Log sheet.

Monitoring pumps, handing over of pumps to electrical/mechanical dept for maintenance
