Led associate development feedback regarding FC job guidelines. Constructive feedback on their growth and development was developed based on safety, quality, and productivity guidelines.

We took them through the stow procedure to ensure they are following all the steps to reduce the DPMO.

●Using yard management system (YMS) and Oculus to have more detail of each freight.

●Worked on improving the dock condition base of 5s layout with the partnership of management and safety team at Phx3.0 to process 150k units per shift. Taking ownership by moving, and receiving trailer based on priority score.

●Co-led operations by running shifts (gained management experience) and ensuring CPTs are met along with assisting with process improvement projects along with problem solving methods.

●Reinforce daily safety based on OSHA requirements.
