Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products in support of manufacturing processes. Experience in analyzing samples using various techniques including HPLC, GC, NIR, viscometer, wet chemistry, and moisture content. Experience in Waste Water testing. Calculate and record data and recommend necessary adjustments to in-process formulations based upon analytical data. Provide timely and accurate documentation of all analytical data according to SOPs. Maintain test log in compliance with GLP and GDP practices. Performed QC manager tasks in the absence of QC Manager.
