• Achieved highest sales plan of over $2M for the first time in Dallas history

• Established 2-2-2 sales follow up procedures to ensure all clients receive outreach that was adopted by the company as part of their clientele protocols.

• Programmed and attended local and out of state Pop Up Shops to enhance store sales averaging over $13K per event.

• Headed in store charity events that brought in new client business to the store as well as donated proceeds back to designated charity.

• Established and created successful collective events such as book signings, Women Empowerment Series, charity organization fundraisers and an ongoing styling partnership event with Lela Briggs hosted every July generating an ROI between $50-55K in revenue each year.

• Headed the first in store online initiative, Bevy-Up to maximize service and in store sales, allowing access to full collection and seasonal merchandise; achieved a $100k increase in sales.

• Represented the company as the “Face of the Brand” at industry and charity events. Secured more than $2M in sales during second year of tenure following a $1.3M freshman effort, increased brand awareness significantly in first two years through solid planning and store development.
