Hired on to design, make prototypes including 3D models, analyze and verify/validate designs used in the design of EMI related medical devices, equipment and associated processes and packaging. A long thin telescope is introduced into the upper urinary tract via the bladder allowing visualization of the lower half of the ureter. The small instrument port allows introduction of micro-baskets and laser fibers to manipulate and fragment stones. Hired on to design motorized test fixtures to verify and validate new product designs, help prepare and test protocols, interact with vendors to obtain testing materials and equipment as well as machine all prototypes.

Hired on as CAD admin, setup PDM work environment, document management, create and control BOM’s, checking detailed drawings and drafting support.
