Assistant Inbound Operation Manager

In this role, I emphasize the implementation and governance (KPI) of key performance indicators for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects while influencing the design and development of new strategic processes.

I learned and became excellent at Multitasking, managing a large team, developing strong problem-solving skills, impactful communication, and time management.
