I worked at papa johns for several years I have learned every position of this company. My first job title when i started was an in store. In stores were required to answer phone calls place orders make top the pizzas with the correct ingredients put in the oven cut them and box them up in the correct order for the drivers and or carryout orders. My next step working there was moving up to management. Mangers were required to slap out dough (handmade crust) put them on the screens and send them down the make line to top them and put them in the over. Managers also required to in spect the pizza for correct portion of toppings and to make sure it came out nicely. As a manager i was also required to be able to handle customer complaints and also approve of new orders or free orders to be sent out. I later became a delivery driver as long as management shifts as well. Drivers were to prep all the ingredients managers felt were necessary to make it through out the day including onions peppers meats etc. once the pizzas were out of the oven and boxed we had to double check our orders to make sure we had all of the order clocked out and drove to the homes or businesses to deliver the order. After a year of management I became the assistant manager was assistant manager for 2 years, my duties then required running my own shifts being able to go in when it got to busy for them to handle also to go in when the general manager was not available to be there. I also had to do food orders inventory and briefly the schedule also get shifts covered for others who were ill or had to miss their shifts for one reason or another. I also applied for the general manager position but was not given it. I left to further move up in companies cs rep

for one of the biggest shipping company's around the world Fedex. My daily job included taking phone call to help their customers get in the right direction for their packages. My main duties for fed ex was to help customers schedule their pickups for their packages weather it be at a business or residence at times we were not able to schedule certain packages for pick up they would be directed to their closest drop box or fed ex location to finish the process they needed to sent their packages. Another part of my job was to help customers track down their packages, also included giving them the detail they asked for like when it will be there, which location they could pick it up from etc. There was other minor things to do as in sending them supplies transferring them to billing services, and sometimes talked to them just for them to have some company.
