ULD Controller
• Coordinate, arrange and transfer ULD between the stations, when necessary, and provide it in appointed times for each station and in all various operating sites.
• Providing ULD and Equipment necessary in airports in appropriate timing appointments.
• Prepare arrangements to allocate, move and transfer ULD between the stations due to the needs of each station.
• Participation in arranging and preparing the needs of charter flights, stations, and new directions, and make sure of providing equipment and supply airports with fixtures which are provided before the running of cargo flights.
• Keeping the records related to allocating, transfer move ULD and shipping containers and update them continuously.
• Follow-up and control borrowed equipment and lend it to others, as well as review invoices and payments.

• Provide leadership and direct supervision to a team of staff to warrant service delivery targets and schedules are met, and within the boundaries of safety and regulatory requirements. Delegate tasks and oversee activities for efficient and quick dispatch of inbound/outbound cargo, baggage, and/or ULDs to the respective sortation areas.

Reservation (Ticketing):
• Serve customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide maximum assistance.
• Effectively use sales skills to generate revenue by converting enquiries into confirmed reservations and applying all rebooking charges and excess baggage charges where appropriate.
• Handles re-booking or re-routing of passengers in cases where flights are disrupted according to normal IATA procedure and with reference to the carrier’s instructions.
• Response to telephone enquiries from passengers, service partners, airlines, and travel agents. Check-in Counter:
• Conducts passengers and baggage check-in for its correct flight as per standard procedure.
• Validates passenger’s documentation with respect to immigration and security requirements.
• Provide the passengers with adequate information about the flight and boarding pass details.
• Profiling passengers for safety precautions (i.e., expectant mother/blind/depth/elderly/ handicap/ etc.) and supervising passengers who may require special assistance (i.e., age or physical condition /limp & alike).
• Assist in check-in formalities for special passengers, such as VIP/ Diplomats, Handicapped, people with special needs or Deportee / Deported Passenger Boarding Gate:
• Accurately control the boarding process, so as able to confirm the total number of passengers on board with reference to the security and safety considerations.
• Perform boarding, offloading and documents checks in accordance with company/airline procedure.
TransferDesk:
• Oversee that PTM/BTM are monitored and processed for the correct transfer flight in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor Estimate time arrival/departure movements of Inbound/Outbound flights.
• Assist disrupted/misconnect/detainee and deportee passengers in accordance with Team Leader’s instructions and with reference to the carrier’s procedures.
