I have recently retired and am looking for part time work to keep myself active and engaged. For the past 21 years, I have been a Senior Planner tasked with purchasing and scheduling inbound bulk loads of chemicals for the world’s second largest chemical distributor. -Generated purchase orders based on customer forecasts and storage tank levels as well as scheduling all inbound bulk deliveries.

-I would follow through with the vendors to ensure orders were confirmed correctly and delivery dates could be met.

-I worked hand in hand with operations, sales, product manages, and customer service to make sure we had proper inventory levels at all times in order to service our customers properly.
