ETL applications receive Eligibility Client and Carrier loads, Providers, claims information from both State and Managed Care Organization (MCO) clients, load that information into staging tables and reformat as per business requirement in stage process. These are loaded into base tables where a match or hit is identified between third party coverage and Medicaid/Medicare claims. Recovery is initiated based on the hit. Further, the reformatted data in the base tables populates into the data warehouse, which is used for healthcare trend analysis, Medicaid and Medicare business intelligence, generating audit reports etc.
