One Health Family Medicine practices are powered by Atrium Health under a One Health LLC leadership group. I was required to navigate policies, procedures, and patient care while maintaining One Health Family visions and values.

Moved with providers from Novant Health, Holston Medical Group and finally to our home with Atrium Health One Health Family Medicine

Implemented Atrium Health systems, practices and policies and trained new employees.
