As a senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with extensive experience in various industry domains, I have worked closely with multiple Executive teams, Finance teams, IT and Business Stakeholders in the applications and services procurement process.

Have been responsible for the end-to-end process of; working with Business stakeholders to get initial vision, problem statement and budget projections; working with Executive teams in building the business vision into the corporate vision and technology roadmap and refine it further; working with Finance to secure budgets and get understanding of accounting structure (CAPEX/ OPEX); work again with Business stakeholders and key power users on detailed requirements to map out functional area and features of the business need; work with procurement, IT and/ or other stakeholders to participate RFI/ RFP process, attend vendor interactions and demos; work on detailed mapping of business needs and application features and ranking them by ease of use, richness of feature and relevance to business; If needed come up with a weightage system to rank the applications and make recommendations; work with Legal to evaluate the contracts and ensure they are in compliance with industry standards and do not pose a risk to the organization and smooth working of the teams; work with all the teams to make decisions and choose relevant application.

Good understanding of the financial structures around application procurements, SaaS license costs, implementation costs (external consultants/ vendors and internal resources cost) and post go-live maintenance costs. Have clear understanding of the pit falls that the SaaS application models and governor limits pose for the organizations.

I have worked with many organizations (Zurich, Informa, Emerald and Coinbase) where I managed multiple projects at the same time. I helped these organization create methods and process for them to implement and maintain these projects smoothly in future by having regular follow-ups and post project retrospectives. Documented the process for incoming organization/ team with clear comparison of the existing organization process. Ensure that the lessons learnt become a part of the organizational culture and are adhered to in future. Implemented documentation and developed knowledgebase to work as a directory for various team where they can refer to the repository of applications and integrations within the organization and be able to base their future decisions on it.

For more than a decade I have been delivering projects using agile methodologies, breaking down epics into user stories, writing acceptance criteria, ensuring the traceability to development, testing and delivery. As a part of this, I have experience using and managing many tools that help document, track and collaborate. Naming some of the tools/ Applications- Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Lucid Charts, MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Projects, SharePoint, Teams, Slack.
