TA Operations Specialist December 2022 – November 2023

• Specialized in enhancing recruiting processes and tools, including developing content and training for recruiters, policy documents and workflow diagrams to ensure recruiters had the tools to be successful in delivering top talent for their hiring managers.

• Led the integration of Workday Recruiting Functionality; creating and leading multiple recruiting and hiring managers training and meeting with stakeholders to develop enhancement requests through ServiceNow - completed 15+ critical Workday Recruit enhancements that resulted in cost per hire and time to fill metrics.
