SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Currently I have multiple years’ worth of design/build experience with Airports, as a Sr. Program Manager for the FAA as a liaison with Raytheon, with all types of design build facilities such as ARTCC, MALSR, PAPI, AFSS, LLWAS, DOPPLER, LRR, utilizing sighting criteria and advisory circulars. As a Sr. Project Manager, with the latest work being the South Terminal Complex and all associated lighting systems, air to ground navigational systems, and outside airport site acquisitions for numerous facilities for the Eastern Region’s AEA-451.3, Nav-Aids, Vis-Aids, Wx Section of the FAA’s 17 States.

Responding to RFI’s, Submittal Logs, Payment Requisition coordination through most recent program management tools such as Procore, Red Team, Primavera P3 scheduling, CPM and Suretrak, most MS based programs/Excel, Geopak, ARMS, RPMS, Plangrid, Prolog, Autotrol Series 5000, BIM 360 Modeling, Glue (As-Builts) Bluebeam Revu and Procore. I have held Bidder Conferences for Consultant acquisition, completed five year budget estimates through the Regional Program Management Systems for the FAA.

I have acted as a QA/QC Project Manager for all testing, certifications, shop drawings, as-builts and all associated work for facility commissioning, including submittal controls documents for A/E approval.

I have certifications and have been instrumental in obtaining permits for very sensitive Washington Monument Core off airport facility developments including SIR’s, all EDDA, Real-estate Land Acquisitions, issuing release for work to Engineers and Technicians for site Plans at (30%, 50%, 75% to 100% C.D.’s. Topographic, Demolition, Site, Grading, Drainage, SWPPP, Erosion Control, MEP, Architectural Plans).

I also have experience with all Airport CTV, ACS, Security, Command Center Installations, ITS, DMS, AV, Security, Electrical Fiberoptic and Mechanical Designs and installations.
