Carol Gama-Masache is an experienced behavior change communications practitioner who has worked on demand creation and social behavior change communication projects. POSITION: Behavior Change Communication Interventions (BCCI) Officer PERIOD: Since September 2021 (Lilongwe, Kasungu, Thyolo and Nsanje) DUTIES:

Responsible for implementation of effective and efficient planning, prioritization, documentation, monitoring and evaluation of BLM’s Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) Behavior Change education, community mobilization and service demand creation communication strategies and operations.

Providing Youth Friendly SRHR services including sessions on effects of early sex debut, HPV and Cervical cancer.

Coordinate and provide periodic reporting of SRH and HIV/AIDS Behavior change communication interventions progress reports, and analysis to Programs and Operations Directorate.

(CHWs), and Community Service Organizations (CSOs) to educate the population on healthy behaviors and increase demand for services by using social behavior change communication approaches
