A highly proactive, educator, researcher and manager committed to professional and spiritual growth, seeking to gain hands-on experience and expand my skill set in the History and Education teacher role and manager role. With a strong foundation in Education, History, Teaching, History and Policy of Education, Business Studies, Financial Accounting, Statistics and Research in various settings, I am able to grasp new concepts quickly, collaborate with diverse teams, and think in an unconventional way. Successfully completed a community development service project tagged ‘Project Girl Kick the ball’ and eliminated rules that prohibited the female girls of GSS Birnin Yero from accessing the school sporting facilities and equipment. I accomplished these, by enlightening students in a public secondary school about the benefit of sports while creating a football and volleyball academy for them.

Successfully managed and revived a faith-based education centre, helping the Board of Management increase the population from 45 students to 100 students in a session.

Established a faith-based institution (Private Secondary school) where secondary and vocational learning takes place with full accreditation to run academic programme. This aided functional education and self-reliance in the lives of students who enrolled in the system.

Collaborated with Federal Road Safety Commission Educators/Trainers while serving as a Youth Corper to sensitize members of the community on the safety rules on the road and health benefits of living an alcohol free life and we also launched care centers that administer free care to such persons.

Established a sports academy where students were taught and allowed to exhibit their sports/psychomotor skills and talents.

Organized/held extramural classes for students in school, organization of internal and external evaluation for students on different subject areas, Road Safety Club formation and performed in administrative activities.

Administrative/managerial duties such as recording of reports/meeting minutes, power point presentation of goals, administrative reporting task and achievements were also part of the job.

Enshrined quality education and quality management system into the institution through practical staff retraining and efficient staff management approaches.

Established and maintained/managed centers where quality education was imparted.
