● My job position was as a restaurant Hostess

● I was responsible for answering multiple phone calls at a time, asking customers and guests to wait while I took each phone call in the order in which they were received.

● As a Hostess for the restaurant I reserved tables for guests, made sure those tables were set for the appropriate amount of guests, and then seated those customers at the correct time of their reservation.

● Communicating with the kitchen was a consistent need in order to put in room service orders, communicate with the servers, and occasionally communicate with the chefs.

● Other responsibilities I had but are not limited to, stocking room service and kitchen supplies, making coffee multiple times a day, helping the bussers clear tables in a timely manner in order to seat guests on their reservation time, and handling and balancing out cash and tips correctly at the end of my shift.

● My job position at Burlington Coat Factory was a Sales Associate, and a Cashier. This was a seasonal position.

● In the fitting room I would assist customers and direct them to a changing room. I would also organize clothing and put them back in the correct sections of the store..

● I would be called over the loudspeaker to be a back up cashier when it got busy, where I handled cash, card, and checks. Oftentimes I would have to price clothing with no tags and find certain items in other departments of the store. At the end of my shift I balanced out my register and was responsible if there was any missing money.

● My position at Edmonds Landing was waitressing and kitchen staff.

● I would serve tenants their food in a timely and correct manner while also keeping in mind their dietary needs.

● Being a waitress also required me to talk directly with the kitchen and the chefs. I would take orders and give them to the chefs and return for the food after I served another table. Multitasking was a must.

● I also was in charge of resetting tables at the end of meals to get ready for the next meal or the next day, while also cleaning the kitchen before the end of my shift.
