Provided legal support to one of the largest, state of the art refining facilities and supplier of unbranded transportation fuels, heating oil, petrochemical feedstocks, lubricants and other petroleum products in North America.

Advised and supported the Logistics group with procurement, commercial and special projects teams including reviewing, analyzing and negotiating 3rd party commercial agreements for EPC, NAESB, NDA, and refining logistics, (pipeline and trucking), commercial, as well as other functional departments.
