Commercial Member Service Representative – Subject Matter Expert
Serve as a liaison between Information Technology and Business front line staff.
Work closely with Compliance Dept. in monitoring and gathering documents to prepare for NCUA evaluations.
Develop audit and training procedures and processes in regulation with CUNA to adhere to NCUA audits.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Identification Program, Office of Foreign Asset Control and FINCEN.
