As a Pharmacy Technician I assisted the Pharmacist(s) with the daily workflow of the pharmacy. I filled prescriptions, assisted patients at pick up, drop off, drive-thru and on the phone. When opening/closing it was my responsibility to pick up/ or deposit the cash for three registers using the Cash360 Recycler. Using the handheld, I checked orders that arrived from Central Fill. I assisted in inventory control; I was assigned a section where I was responsible for rotating and pulling expired medications. Before leaving each night, I made sure the medication order was put away, any patient orders older than 10 days were reversed from insurance and medication bottle was relabeled properly and returned to shelf. I was responsible for leaving the pharmacy in “ready to work” order for the next shift by taking out trash, wiping down counters, refilling paper trays. I also checked if any actions were needed for recalls. I was responsible for locking the gates and cases before leaving. Guest Experience Host

September 30, 2022 to December 16, 2022(Part-time) As a Guest Experience Host I assisted guests to optimize their visit. AOM is a Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy, closed mail order facility. During my years there I provided IVIG medication to patients.
