Description: The Supplier Portal for Accessing Risk (SPAR) system provides a workflow-driven approach to assessing the risk associated with engaging in a new service or changing an existing service, with a third-party supplier. The process of assessing risk involves a range of assessments that are conducted at varying aspects of both the supplier and the service. The SPAR system will enable the identification of risks and criticality in a way that is consistent with the firm's risk standards. It will eliminate the issues with ownership and sign-off delays thereby expediting the risk assessment process.

Responsibilities:

Implements the Agile methodology in design and rule development phases using PRPC.

Working with the Product Owner, iteration manager and business architects on velocity planning and prioritizing the user story backlogs for each sprint.

Works as a Release coordinator owning the planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in the release of system update into the production environment for Prod releases.

It empowers customer service representatives in gathering all necessary information received from customer and other systems and deciding best possible next action for a dispute case and provides features for fulfillment that includes but not limited to chargeback, rebill, write-off, send correspondence etc. This project intends to build a Pega PRPC based system that provides a portal to customer service representatives supports batch environment, interacts with other systems using SOAP and Rest web services.

Responsibilities:

Working with the iteration manager and business architects on velocity planning and prioritize the user story backlogs for each sprint.
